Is Quantum Entanglement the key to the Origin of life ?

Origin of Life: A plausible mechanism for the origin of life  where replication arose before metabolism. Random bumping of atoms occur based on statistical probabilities,(reaction in a liquid such as water) followed by quantum entanglement,chemical bonds are formed, purine rings are formed which via entanglement (i.e quantum entanglement of the wave functions/states of the electrons of the constituent atoms)  chains of purine rings are formed that form RNA.  For propagation of information,i.e. sequence of bases, via  RNA , through entanglement and subsequent base pairing , double stranded RNA is formed.  For " energy efficient " propagation of RNA, metabolism arose , so that amino acids tether onto this RNA to form peptides via  entanglement. Since large chunks of information have to be propagated in an energy efficient  way and RNA is unstable, the blueprint of life DNA arose. The Big Picture-The book  is praiseworthy. It is lucid and clearly articulated. I am still reading it. According to the author spacetime is an emergent phenomenon, which arises from the wave function as determined by the core theory. Accordingly, quantum fields are present (fields can be defined by any location in spacetime), which undergo entanglement (governed by probabilities) and give rise to space time. What if the definition of the word field changes to something possessing a sphere (metaphorically speaking) of influence. Thus energy in an amorphous (without  a clearly defined shape and form) distribution , being under the influence of a field can take more crystalline forms (with  a clearly defined shape and form) giving rise to spacetime. What if the unifying ontology of other cultures mentioned in chapter one deals with the continuous amorphous distribution of energy.

Does resonance energy imply discrete or continuous energy levels. To me discrete. resonance of discrete energies leads to harmonies,like an orchestra giving rise to a symphony. Continuous energy levels are like fractal patterns giving rise to variations. All of life was made on continous varied fractal like energy levels which got organized to discrete energy levels, which when in resonance sound like a symphony. Higher order life is necessary for expression of this symphony.

what about topological variants-like fractals. Just because it looks homogenous, does not necessary mean it is homogenous underlying-could be heterogenous.

I think surfaces of entangled quantum fields should be complementary, and their energies should resonate.

Conditioned thought process versus unconditioned open minded thinking-Will they yield differing results ? I think so. example-the statement "I contain multitudes"-A conditioned mind will think I as a single biological unit which contains many say for e.g.  many hairs. But an unconditioned mind can think otherwise. I could be an emergence of multitudes of cells.. so it depends on a top down approach, a bottom up approach-somewhere in-between, an overlap-but thinking has to be unconditioned to be original.

So I have resumed writing my blog after 4 years-long time. Completed my first postdoctoral fellowship in "translational cancer biology". Have take a 2 year break from a continuous work life of school till std. 12-B.Sc-MSc.-Research Assistant-Ph.D-Post Doctoral Fellow. It seems that I have a fresh lease of life- a new way of looking at things in general. The changes-coincidence/correlation instead of causation. I think I have developed a more sane, impersonal way of observing and intrepreting passages from books and instances from life in general. For example -Schrodinger's aperiodic crystal-implying the molecule of life-DNA. What  a marvel in the altered arrangements and lengths of 4 chemical moieties leading to such amazing diversity in expressions of life. Diversity at the level of regulation of expression levels,location, timing-quantitative -spatiotemporal dynamics in biology. The more involved one is in the situation, biases inherent within the person will cloud reason and judgement.That is one of the underlying difference between the work of a scientist and an author.Ideally the scientist should look at the data and come up with the theory to fit the data. What happens really is that many have favourite ideas and search for patterns within the data to accommodate their ideas. However authors create plethora of characters each with their own unique characteristic and make them play out the drama, wearing a different hat (from ed de bono)while writing each characters role.
